Meet Jasper! A beautiful 15 year old Turquoise faced amazon parrot. He’s very smart, sweet, and loving. It took a team to rescue him from his terrible neglected conditions after his owner passed away years ago. With a lot of love for the next month (and a proper diet) he is now trusting humans and even steps onto my finger for a treat! He still has a way to go in training but he’s definitely a fast learner! Jasper is a very sweet bird that likes to bark and even ring his bell for attention. he has a beautiful set of feathers and he’s very spoiled! we also think that he has some kind of ‘birthmark’ on his right eye that makes him very unique!
