38th Street near Clarendon, Phoenix AZ

Description

Found small black kitten near 38th Street and Clarendon. Wearing pale pink collar with small bell. No chip found. Front claws have been cut very short. Probably less than three months old. Very friendly, playful, litter box trained. Wants to sleep on person in bed, so this has been someone's kitten.
