Professional country artist seeks lead guitar player who can be the show off lead player. We have a 2nd guitar player who is great for rhythm but needing someone who can take the leads. Background vocals is a plus, but not a deal breaker. This is not a bar band. This is a performance band. Most shows are out of town and require staying overnight. Transportation to shows & hotels are provided as needed. If you choose to drive yourself, you are responsible for your expenses. Must be able to come to rehearsals once a week usually on Tuesdays in the Granbury area for show prep. We are wanting a band member, not a gun for hire. Must learn music on your own time. Rehearsals are to polish & show prep, not to learn it. Must have pro gear, pro attitude, and team player. No drunks or heavy drinkers, no drug users. Smoking is ok. We provide sound system with in-ears &/or floor wedges as needed. We usually run ears for every show. We work a dedicated set list and run songs back to back. Shows can be 1hr opener, 1.5hr opener, 2 1hr sets with a short break in the middle, 1.5hr headliner no stop, 2hr headliner no stop. If you have any questions, please send me a message.
