Boomer comes with cage. Refered to as a she when I got her. Her chest feathers are like down but when I asked on a bird site I was sent many pictures of the same and one person with one of each so it's common. She talks but mostly to the dogs when I let them out the back door or upstairs. She also tell them "no" at times when they bark. She'll get on your arm when she comes out of her cage. Her favorite treats are peanuts, Ritz crackers and boiled eggs. She's on pellets. Will come with some nuts and pellets if bought soon. Text for information on rehomeing fee
