Need help get rid of lawn and weed

This is a big yard for a 6 unit townhouse, we need people to get rid of the lawn and all the weed at planter strip ( planter strip are around the property both front and back). Also hawl it away and dump. You need to be a hard working person and prefer to have you own truck or trailer and a sod cutter. Better 2 person. There's no way you can remove it with a shovel. You need a sod cutter or other power tool to remove it. I prefer you come to have a look first then decide if you would want to go ahead.
