Seeking assistance for elderly father

we are seeking part time help for my elderly dad, as my sister needs help with his daily routines. we have a full time (mon-fri, 9-6) caregiver, but need help weekends (sat-sun, ideally 9 am-9 pm), and weekdays, 6pm-9pm. my dad has advanced dementia, and needs assistance in walking around the block, eating, going to the bathroom (he uses depends), and getting ready for bed. he is very pleasant and pretty easy going. he likes to read (or be read to), likes to watch nature shows, and keep busy with activity books and string and shoe laces (he likes to tie knots). please be patient, kind, and vaccinated. pay starts at $25/hour, but is also negotiable. location is southwest seattle. please let me know if you or anybody you know is a good fit 💜
