Small Concrete Piece - Need it Removed

Have a rather small concrete piece used for maybe an anchor with brown spike sticking out of it - Need someone with a sludge hammer to bang it out and remove - too deep to dig out. Its about 5 inches above ground. Need to remove so I do NOT run into with lawn mower. Its about 5 inches high ad maybe 6 inches wide.LOCAL's only becuz of gas cost. Paying $40
