Deck-Pergola-Flat Roof

I have a floating deck (ground level) that measures approximately 24 0 SF that will have a pergola or a flat roof over it. (Homeowner is deciding that now) The deck is very basic and will be framed with pressure treated 2 x 6's, covered with Trex Composite Deck boards and hidden fasteners. The Pergola (or roof frame) is also pretty basic but it will be framed with 4 x 6 or 4 x 8 Doug Fir rafters and 6 x 6 Doug fir posts. All lumber will be stained and sealed as necessary. I am looking to sub portions of this out, or possibly the whole thing as a turn key project. So if you are a SKILLED CARPENTER-CONTRACTOR, OR RUBBER ROOFING SPECIALIST, PLEASE REPLY WITH A LABOR BID ONLY TO DO THE: DECK FRAME THE ROOF OR PERGOLA (SIMPLE 8 X 28' -2' CENTER RAFTERS) DO THE RUBBER ROOF Or if you are a Deck Helper, or Medium level carpenter, please reply also as I might end up doing this project myself and will need some semi skilled help if I do it. I will only reply to those that either give me a bid on the phases or individual phase you specialize in, or a "HELPER" or "CARPENTER" who is looking for work for a week or so. The project will start around the 10th of July and will last about 5 days.
