In need of a full-time experienced General Manager to help scale and manage a rapidly growing local rental car operation. If you’re a team player and leader, enjoy working with people and cars, are able to multitask, are energetic, professional, have knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management and have excellent communication and leadership skills. We want to hear from you. Duties include but are not limited to: Inspect outbound and returning vehicles for damage. Keep the work area neat and clean. Report any safety issues or maintenance concerns immediately. Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way. Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices. Formulate strategic and operational objectives. Find ways to increase the quality of customer service. Auto Detailing/Car Washing. Check in/out returning/outbound rental vehicles.
