We will host a guided mindfulness meditation with a tea and Tai Chi workshop to encourage self-reflection, develop mindfulness-based stress management strategies, and promote engagement.
For 15 minutes - "Tea Talk" tea ceremony and tea tasting with Puerh Tea.
For 45 minutes - Tai Chi fundamental movement and Tai Chi choreography (24 forms)
For 30 minutes - Hands-on Tea Mindfulness and relaxation.
