Premier Martial Arts' Bully Proof Workshop is geared for kids ages 5 - 12. We will teach tools to avoid bullies and to feel more confident. We will also teach some practical self defense tactics for kids to use if confronted by a threat when no adults are present. This is an active workshop, kids should wear comfy exercise clothes!
