RAGLAND
Formed in 2015 in Pryor, OK; freshly married couple Autumn Ragland and Sam Cox formed the band Ragland. Shortly after moved to Tahlequah, OK and the band started touring and released their debut album “Just So You Know” and has since played well over 1000 shows all over the U.S.
Ragland and its members have performed, toured and worked with artists such as Mike McClure, Vandoliers, Mike and the Moonpies, Flatland Calvary, Eli Young Band, Sunny Sweeney, Kody West, Ricochet, Chancey Williams, Trace Adkins, The Damn Quails, Joe Nichols, Micky and the Motorcars, Brandon Jenkins and members of Wilco, Reckless Kelly and Turnpike Troubadours.
Between the years of 2016 and 2019, Ragland released 3 albums and toured roughly 200 days a year, in which time, charted on various charts all around the country.
In 2019, Ragland was nominated for “Group” of the Year" for the T3R Music Awards.
In 2020, the band was placed in the "Top 10 albums" of that year, by Country Music France, and their latest release received 5/5 stars from Country (People) Magazine (U.K.)
In 2020, the band released "More Like a Melody" Produced by Mike McClure (The Great Divide/Mike McClure Band) in Ada, OK. The album is a 20 track seasonal concept record that took well over 120 studio hours and 3 months to create. From “More Like a Melody”, the band followed their first major radio success with 2 more charted songs on iTunes, Spotify and Radio.
2021 was a big year for Ragland as the band rode their success to debut at a number of venues including Cain's Ballroom, The Blue Light Live, Cheatham Street, Eskimo Joe's, Diamond Stone, Hank's Texas and many more.
Ragland looks forward to continuing to tour and playing old hits as well as releasing new music. A new Ragland album is set to release in spring of 2022.
