As we move together, we'll ponder the theme of HOPE as it filters through the lenses of LIBERATION, FEAR, and your own heart. If you've ever joined us before, then you know our gatherings also focus on: trail safety and injury preventionpractices for connecting more deeply to self and othersland acknowledgment and personal responsibilitybody awareness exercises and mobility trainingcommunity-building through contemplative practiceAs guides and outdoor enthusiasts, we love to bring our passion for community building to all that we do. Let's lean into a celebration of the body as it is, while moving together in nature! Beyond covering this beautiful trail together, we'll be navigating issues that land close to home and in the body. Join us in this safe space for moving conversation and connection! This special event is so much more than a fitness class. This is a workout for body, mind, and spirit. *If pricing presents a barrier, please contact us directly! And if you're unable to join us , but you'd like to support our efforts so that other women might be able to join, please consider using the Pay It Forward option to donate a registration for a woman who otherwise wouldn't be able to attend.
