Backyard chicken survivor needs new flock

This is Birdie/Blondie. She is the only surviving member of our flock that was recently massacred by a raccoon. We love our hens as pets and this has been such a terrible experience. Birdie has a ton of personality, a lot of life left in her, and she has FOUGHT for the right to live as truly it is a miracle that she somehow survived. As she heals from her wounds, we are hoping to find a kind soul who loves their chickens like we do...who has room in their flock and heart for another lady bird. She is about 3 years old, lays beautiful brown eggs almost daily. She LOVES human attention, will end up with a wonky comb due to her injuries but.. she all in all is in good health. If kind and ethical chicken keeping is something you're passionate about...please reach out. We don't want any more chickens and while she has been great with us and we would love to keep her as a single chicken.. we can tell she is lonely. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Be well!
