Looking for Bichon Frise, no collar

Our friend's Bichon Frise got out chewing through our fence tonight (saturday) - small white dog with light brown paws. No collar. Will most likely wandering a neighborhood and friendly. We are worried because he has no collar/tags. Please text or call if found!!!
