Come down each month and listen to a variety of different guest speakers who specialize in different real estate strategies. This meeting will be run by Main street. Our goal is to educate and facilitate different investors at different levels. It will be hosted by Matthew Rivera and Edward Modzel. With guest speakers from Dual City investments. Ed Modzel is a Commercial Real Estate Investor specializing in Multifamily Real Estate Syndication. Ed is a General Partner and Key Principal on a $150mm+ Multifamily Real Estate Portfolio spread across the Southeast, Midwest And Texas. In addition to being an investor, Ed is also a Commercial Real Estate coach, host of a weekly podcast, and monthly meetup in Manhattan, NY. After serving in the US Navy for six years, Ed met his wife, Pilar. They have been married for over 42 years. Ed and Pilar are proud parents to three beautiful daughters and a two-year-old grandson. Ed spent much of his life as Chief Engineer of a 10-time Emmy Award winning TV show in New York and retired in 2015. Outside of real estate, Ed likes to enjoy his free time with family, friends, hiking, sailing, and playing music. Matthew Rivera is a 37 year old entrepreneur with a passion for investing. He loves taking risks and joining forces with investors on there projects. He started this networking group to further his education and help others.
