Jon us for another summer of balance, alignment and FUN! We'll be bringing the traditional and modern styles of yoga that you LOVE from Vinyasa Flow to Yin to Trap Yoga and more!! There will be raffles, giveaways, swag bags with every class plus snacks and beverages! All sessions will be taught by one of our amazing certified yoga instructors and will include a relaxing meditation at the nd of each class! And did we mention that we will back on the grounds of gorgeous Frank Llyod Wright's Martin House for a second year in a row?! Come and enjoy the beautiful landscape and the wonderful connection to nature, while connecting back to your body! We kick off our series on Saturday, July 13th at 6P with , Finding Your Flow: Vin to Yin Yoga Additional Dates will be announced soon, however tickets for the first session are on sale now!
