Welcome to Saturday morning Free Community Fitness workout. This community workout is all about getting your body moving, bring people together in a fun fitness way. This is a highly motivating environment where you can cheer each other on to be at your best. I’m excited to have this event in my community where I live and I’m excited for you to be a part of it. Move2upLife is a local hip hop business ran by Erika. She has her class at the Sunfield Station in Buda, TX. She has experience in Zumba as well. I am very excited to be dancing while workout and having fun this month. Also, will have Texas Made Gorillas Company. Gabriel makes CBD, energy drink and hibiscus tea. The drinks are very tasty and refreshing. Happy to have these local businesses join the GRGT Fitness family for this month's exciting workout event.
