Overdenture Implants: Hands-On Placement & Case Planning Course Summary: Participants will attend a LIVE course with a hands-on workshop with full-arch dental implant diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical procedures. This course provides didactic and hands-on training for the successful treatment of the edentulous patient utilizing contemporary implant-retained, tissue-supported treatment options. Many clinical situations will be presented with a step-by-step simplified approach to provide a final prosthesis that meets and exceeds expectations from functional and esthetic perspectives. Learning Objectives: Understand diagnosis, treatment planning, and prosthetic space requirements of implant options.Acquire knowledge and confidence in utilizing standard diameter and narrow diameter implants and surgical kitsAcquire a basic understanding of the surgical and prosthetic protocols of implant overdenturesCOURSE INFORMATION: Course Date: Friday, August 5, 2022 Course Time: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Location: San Francisco: Hilton Hotel - 333 O'Farrell St, San Francisco, CA 94102 Format: Lecture and Participation Course Fee: $450.00 CE Hours: 4 AGD Subject Code: 690 Presenter: Dr. Xavier Saab Speaker Bio: Dr. Saab completed his residency in Prosthodontics and Master of Science degree at the University of Texas - Houston Health Science Center. He was awarded a full scholarship after graduating Valedictorian of his dental school class from the University of Guayaquil in Ecuador. Dr. Saab completed Head and Neck rotations at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and served as Clinical Assistant Professor in the UTHHSC Department of Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Saab is an active member of the American College of Prosthodontists, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Academy of Osseointegration, Dr. Saab continues his pursuit of excellence by practicing prosthodontics and implant dentistry in two locations in Houston where he has been established for over 10 years. He bases his education philosophy on his conviction that in order to master a skill, it is necessary to be able to transmit it to others, and that’s the source of his passion for teaching. He has been lecturing nationally and internationally in the areas of CAD/CAM dentistry, dental aesthetics, occlusion, and implant dentistry for over a decade.
