This flamboyant trio from Clearwater, FL (via North Carolina) is an up-and-coming force of indie funk fusion, splashed with samba and laced with jazz. They pride themselves on being entertainers and making every performance an immersive, improvisational experience with a healthy measure of humor. The band draws from an eclectic alchemy of influences including Steely Dan, The Doors, artists from the Bossa Nova movement and neo soul like Tom Misch. The seductive vocals of guitarist Lando Pieroni (we love him already with that name, right?) pull you in and then you never want to leave. You’ll find yourself in exotic territory between disco-glam cityscapes, R&B dream pop and funky jam nirvana.
