Description

Join us on the evening of July 31st for a fine dining experience benefiting Austin’s own Operation Turkey. This event starts with a cocktail hour at 5pm with music provided by Mike Valliere of Copper Chief. This year will be a special treat as our first year back since the pandemic started in 2020. We've assembled an amazing collaboration of 3 local Chefs: Executive Chef Donnie Forehand of Swift's AtticExecutive Chef Janelle Reynolds formerly of Rosedale Kitchen and Bar and Chef/Co-Owner of @t LargeChef Scott Rose of The Smokin' Rose…each Chef brings their diverse background to create magic in the kitchen! The dinner will consist of a five-course dinner served family style with complimentary wine, starting at 6pm. All seafood served at the event will be flown from Ketchikan, Alaska, directly to Austin Texas. The main course will include a variety of wild-caught halibut and salmon. Known as the “Salmon Capital of the World”, Ketchikan always delivers unparalleled quality seafood. This unique experience is limited to 70 people for $100* per plate with the proceeds directly benefiting Operation Turkey. (*An Eventbrite fee of $7.72 will be added to each ticket at checkout.)
