The ideal candidate for this position will be a strong leader, has managed people before, and understands how a warehouse operates. Responsibilities *Work with other leads to ensure fulfillment staff is on task, all duties each day are being completed *Work with fulfillment staff to ensure orders are getting completed accuratly and out in a timely manner *Communicate with Warehouse Manager to understand warehouse needs, and any concerns,and ideas *Fulfilling orders and labeling packages as needed/along with assisting in loading/unloading of trucks *Making sure the warehouse is maintained in a neat and orderly fashion. *Have a strong communication among the other leads and team Qualifications: 3+ years of warehouse experience -In a lead role Experience with people management Strong communication skills both written and verbal Good problem solving skills Timely and organized! No job is too big or too small attitude Work schedule - Mon - Fri and sometimes a Sat. when needed.
