SAVE THE DATE 3rd Annual Memorial Benefit—Lew David Niccum This golf tournament is our effort to provide a way for family, friends, and those in our community to meet for a fun day of fellowship in Lew's memory and raise awareness of heart health wellness. Funds raised will offset this tournament's expenses, and all remaining funds will go towards Lew's daughters' college fund and heart health awareness programs. Hosted by the Niccum Family & the NCCM Transformation Foundation GOLFERS Four Person Scramble Format GOLF + MEALS - $100/golfer Registration includes 18 holes, Green Fees, Golf Cart, Lunch, & Gift Bag. Fantastic Tournament Prizes (1st/2nd/3rd place). ALL LEVELS WELCOME! A complete foursome is not necessary. Single or partial teams will be matched with other golfers to complete a foursome. GRAND PRIZE ($7,500 value)A week stay for 10 at Niccum Bay, a beautiful cabin, on Lake Sissabagama in Stone Lake, WI. Along with a round of golf for 4 at two great golf courses in the area. 2nd PRIZE ($2,500 value)Maddens Golf Package in Brainard, MN. This is a three day, two night stay for 4 people. 3rd PRIZE $500 cash NON GOLFERS LUNCH ONLY - $20/Person Lunch/appetizers will be served at and around various holes throughout the course for our golfers and non golfers FUN FOR ALL kids/families can come for the fun activities and other events even if you are not golfing!
