Permanent part-time/6-month commitment requested. The shift is 1-7 pm. A minimum of 18 hours/week, good performance will result in more hours being available (up to 30/week). Duties Include: - House cleaning: -- sweeping, mopping, & vacuuming floors -- cleaning kitchen & bathroom - Food prep, feeding dogs & bird, serving meals - Water plants - Laundry - Daily maintenance: -- filling humidifier -- filling, emptying, and cleaning distillers -- making bed * A desire to learn new things will improve your chances of success. If proven capable, you will be rewarded with a variety of new and varied tasks. * Must be able to read and write English, follow detailed written and oral directions, and be responsible for tasks getting accomplished during your shift. * The job is physically demanding. The home has two stories, the staircase will save you from needing a gym membership. * You must be a licensed, insured, car-owning driver. You might be asked to run errands. * Must be comfortable around dogs. * Must be reliable, have good attendance, and plan to schedule time off at least a week in advance.
