Description

In this class you will begin each class with a demonstration. We will move to a a situation where you and I will be making similar objects of your choice and I will guide you step by step in real time. The class is a chance for people of all ages and levels of experience to become focused and learn while relaxing. I am a potter of 27 years and have many layers we can explore. It is fun for me to see my students get better and unleash hidden creativity. This is a 5 week class offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays morning noon and night. The class includes firing, glazes,and storage. The 5 weeks are 300.00 which includes a personal tool kit and glazes with discounts given to pairs of students. As you get more advanced I often open the studio on Saturday to allow the quiet practice of individuals who would like to work on things such as glazing, trimming, or completing work on their own as I will be doing the same. I offer couples, family, and private lessons.
