I have some soffit boards (bead board) that have come loose at the peak of my 1 1/2 story house. It's about 5-7 boards that need to be either removed and replace or removed and repainted and nailed back down. It's up high, so you need to be someone with a high ladder and be comfortable and safe working up high. I don't want anyone getting hurt, so if you have experience doing this kind of work, give me a call or email and give me a bid or hourly rate. I'm not sure how rotten the existing boards are so I've purchased and painted some salvage bead board and am glad to work with you to cut them to size (I have all the equipment and skill to do the work, I just don't like to do work high up on a ladder and also my ladder won't reach the peak of the house). I think it should take an hour or two, I don't imagine it taking more than 4 hours max.
The picture of a peak shows a bird's nest that is not longer occupied, and the other picture is of the bead board that I've beveled the ends on to match the peak and painted. I can supply all the paint and nails, just need your ladder and skills up high.
If you want to do it all yourself, give me a bid for that, but if I can do some of the ground work -- cutting, sanding, painting boards and you can factor that into a lower price, that would be helpful. Will pay cash.
