Looking for truly exceptional Nanny/Childcare situation

We are looking for one of two situations (with the first being preferred): 1. A small daycare situation (with two to six children total) in Portland starting in September, which would cover school hours. Or 2. A nanny who would be willing and able to work from 11-4 pm five days/week (25 hours/week total). Our two year old daughter is an absolute joy, and we are looking for someone beyond qualified, inherently reliable and trustworthy, with impeccable references and neverending creativity. As such, we are offering an hourly rate which respects your excellence ($30/hr). Our standards are high, but we're also very laid back and reasonable. We just want a joyful, outdoorsy experience for her for her 2nd year (and ideally with other children).
