Quaker Parrot in need of home!

Description

Negan is a green quaker parrot who's favorite pass time is saying "Play ball!" meowing like a cat, saying here kitty kitty and whispering "Hey Baby" when the lights go out (he's a weirdo). He will go with his giant ferret nation cage that has a custom pan on the bottom with a firm rehome fee of $200 for all of this, his toys, food dishes, ect. He can be handled (it will take time) and prefers women over men but I am sure that if the right person came along and showed him time and patience that he would warm up to the situation.
