Songwriter Seeking Vocalist

My name is Ben, I play guitar bass drums, and I currently play in a few local music projects / groups. I am also a songwriter, currently living in Scripps Ranch. I am looking for a solid vocalist/songwriter; ideally someone who knows how to play an instrument(s), and can run a DAW (I use garageband and logic). I'd like to develop a writing team, with the goal of pitching demos to established artists / sync licensing. I've been writing songs for a while, it'd be cool to find a like-minded musician who could collaborate on new material and sing the songs. I am attaching some demos I've been working on.
