Deer with hurt leg

Sorry if this is wrong place to post. We have a deer roaming around our street I saw what I thought was a doe and two big Calves crossing ash halfway between Clinkscales and Pershing a couple of weeks ago One of the deer flew into the air and jumped over fence and somehow had to get out of that yard Now a deer is been seen on our street 1block down from West Blvd. The deer has been around for at least a week or more Probably many neighbors have seen the poor animal. This deer has hurt one of it's front legs and their is a knot on it, the deer cannot bend that leg. I went outside after around 10PM and startled this injured deer it was in our front yard I have a small watering dish for squirrels and birds Now I put a larger small tub with more water in case the deer needs water What can we do to help this deer My wife has called and left many messages at Dept. OF conservation We are not near any woods at all just houses with yards
