I am seeking someone to pick up 14 books, pack them nicely, and ship them (or transport them yourself) to Seattle or Portland. If you pack them and ship them via USPS: $75. If you pack them and drive them to Seattle: $350. The books would need to be picked up ASAP, but delivering them to Seattle has some flexibility.
