Sweet, smart, and beautiful! One-year-old spaniel doxie (aka docker) pup needs a forever home. This is Sadie, she is one of the most sweet-natured dogs you will ever meet. Sadie is half cocker spaniel and half dachshund which makes her a perfect lap-dog size. She is small enough to be an in-home pet, but not so small that kids can hurt her. She displays the kind of dedicated loyalty that makes her stay by your side, and she is very smart. Sadie needs to be in an active home with a family that is ready to train her well and make her a part of their family. She has been in the presence of a small kitten lately and has no issue with it. She has beautiful, soulful eyes and a calm demeanor. She loves to go for long walks and does great on her harness. She loves to play and lay on your lap.
