Hi! I'm Cecil, I am a one year old Teddy (shitz tsu, bichon mix) from Petland, I am already fixed (do you know where they went?) and up to date on all my shots! I am puppy pad trained for going poopie, but I still sometimes have peepee accidents. Mom picked up another job and can't give me the attention I am looking for, which is a lot :) I love you! We can be best friends! I love Everyone and everything! Do you have other dogs? I sure hope so! I love friends! Mommy wants me to go to the best home, so she's asking a small rehoming fee.
