I need a space to relocate my artist studio. Unfurnished, and ground floor. Rough floors, walls etc OK. Maybe corner of a warehouse? At least 175 sq ft. (14’x12’ min) I have garage style wash up Sink if there is water hook up available. need Power outlets and Windows. AC, or a window for my AC unit. Minimum one year rental. Studio use for painting drawing etching engraving photography. No heat, no open flame. 24/7 access. (Please, no flakes or losers offering non existent spaces).
