Small gardening tasks

I'm looking for someone to finish a few a few gardening tasks: 1) Plant about 10 small flowers (see pictures) 2) Finish spreading the top soil on the lawn (2 bags) 3) Finish spreading the bark (1 bag) 4) Finish removing some grass and ivy in an area about 1.5 square feet 5) Dig out a plant about 3-4 feet high and put it in a pot. PLEASE GIVE ME A QUOTE TO DO EVERYTHING ON THE LIST AND WHEN YOU CAN DO IT. I have all the tools and supplies. I could need later gardening or handyman/painting help. So once this is done you can let me know what other skills you have and where you are located. THANKS.
