Stolen on September 2nd/3rd 2021 from the city of Meadville. This is a titled vehicle with a Pennsylvania moped plate. A report has been filed with the Meadville police and has gone out to all local police. Most likely re-painted by now if it is on the road. One distinctive feature is an exposed clutch bell since I cut open the clutch cover. Possible sighting recently in Meadville's 5th Ward. Too far away to confirm. If so, it is a darker blue than in the picture.
