A little car help / diagnosis

I’m currently stuck at a park in Aurora. I was ready to leave and my car will crank and sounds like it will almost start, but won’t turn over even when I try pushing the gas while turning it on. My car was running low on gas, but was certain that it was enough to refuel after my time at the park. Also, the fuel pump is practically brand new. My dodge luckily shows me the codes on the dash and it read P0455 and the engine light came on about 2 days ago, but I didn’t worry. That code has kept my check engine light on before and never had issues. I also charged my phone for a bit, could it be an almost dead battery like my lights still come on? Those are the many things that I think could be the problem… but I’m stranded and could really use some help from a kind person that knows way more about cars than me. I’m on here because I don’t have the money to tow and also pay just for a diagnosis. Just need a way to get home.
