She is black and white last wearing a purple harness that goes over head. Last seen in the Agnes Creek trails Parking Lot on 6/30/22 @ 12:30. She looks like a puppy because she is small. She has special needs and not like other dogs. She has been spayed. She is on a special diet. She has emotional needs she needs us, we know how to care for her. If you have seen or maybe picked her up, please contact Pam @ . We are offering a reward for her safe return.....no questions asked. We will drive anywhere even out of state to locate her.
