MISSING CAT! $100 REWARD. . All-black, male, neutered cat "Pepper" got outside and is nowhere to be found. Last seen at approximately 2 PM in a yard at the corner of Harper Avenue and Forest Avenue. Pepper is all-black with a few white chest hairs, a tipped right ear, and no collar. PLEASE keep an eye out for this cat, he is beloved and we are absolutely distraught.
