Looking for a place to park

It's a bit difficult to put my situation in a nutshell, but I'll do my best. -29 year old Male -No criminal background -law abiding citizen that just wants to live a quiet life -working a part time job (actively trying to get regular full time within department) -living out of car (temporarily) -refuses to live with roommates/rent places (I'm just done) I'm a respectful man in a situation where the best option for ME currently is to stay out of my car. I'm working evening/graveyard shifts and doing all that I can to keep to myself and not cause any trouble. Which has been successful. But cops are thugs that believe you're a threat to the community with all that aggressive sleeping you're doing in your vehicle. Basically being homeless is illegal. I'd like to make a deal with a property owner to either rent a small (preferably shaded) spot that can fit my car and me safely, so that I may rest and work. Or, make a work trade within reasonable terms. I would only sleep at this location. My presence would only be tire tracks. I have resources available to keep my hygienics at a respectable level. I have a fairly full schedule and I keep busy working on professional and personal goals. I just need a little bit of help so that I'm not continually harassed for trying to rest and work hard to earn a better life. I'm 100% handling everything else. I'm only doing this out of necessity, and this is the best idea for a solution I can come up with. Please only reach out if you can be understanding to everything I've shared here. I want to keep my privacy and respect yours. We can discuss terms and boundaries/expectations. I prefer email, then a next step would be offering to buy and meet over some tea or coffee at a local cafe of your choosing, my treat.
