handyman or power washer needed asap

I need a handyman to hang some lights on our balcony, and power wash and clean it too. If there is time we have some other small things needed in our home. I have a Sun Joe portable power washer and the lights for the job. Please be serious and know what you are doing, I had a some people waste our time or flake on me.
