Need house paint interior. Must be a skilled painter, not sloppy. Mostly touch up. Need a small area of linoleum installed. Must have tools and experience. Need landscaping, need weed whacker and need some gravel spread. Need basic handy man skills and tools. Need small area of drywall removed and replaced. Some floor sand/stain (small area.) Ongoing work for the right party. **$30-32/hour for the right party available.** Need fence install. Two day job for 2 people at $30/hour. Or bid. Prefer clean/sober folks. TEXT only!!!
