TowBoatUS Port Townsend is looking to hire an on call deckhand for the rest of the summer, immediately. This job requires taking call 24hrs a day for the entirety of your watch. We are mainly seeking weekend help (Saturday/Sunday) but if you are available for more days that would be great. No formal experience is required for this position, and on the job training is included. Some knowledge of line handling/boating are preferred but not necessary. You WILL need to be able to provide your own transportation, usually to Port Ludlow, where we keep the towing vessel, within a 20 minute radius of the marina (Port Townsend, Port Hadlock chimacum, irondale, quilcene).
