Guitarist looking for like-minded musicians for creative outlet

41-year-old guitarist looking for other musicians to collaborate with as a creative outlet. Have pro gear (definitely have GAS - Gear Acquisition Syndrome) and decent chops and feel (not a shredder though). Self-taught and have a baseline understanding of music theory. I’ve been playing for 25+ years and have an appreciation for a wide range of styles/genres, as listed below. I can appreciate everything from Slipknot to John Mayer and am not ashamed to admit it! Open to writing original material, playing covers, etc. Not looking to tour or anything like that, just want to play music and maybe play some local shows if it gets to that. Have a career and work from home, so I have a decent amount of flexibility free time in the evenings/weekends. Major influences on my playing includes Hendrix, SRV, Zeppelin, Tool, Deftones, RATM, Pearl Jam, RHCP Fan of bands like Kings of Leon, Cage the Elephant, Queens of the Stone Age, Arctic Monkeys, The Killers, Chevelle, Beastie Boys Also appreciate bands like All Them Witches and Earthless and even singer/songwriter, pop, 80s stuff. Would love to talk shop and jam if you’re in a similar boat. Thanks!
