We have the Return-Air Filter Grill to replace one that was not installed properly by the original contractors. It's located in the ceiling upstairs (perhaps 8' up from the floor - we have a stepladder) and the problem is that there are screws that we cannot remove from the old grill (flathead and originally screwed in at bad angles) and we don't have the right tools. Then we want our new one (same size) to be installed (these screws are Phillips head). Someone with the right tools could probably knock this out in 15 minutes or so. The dimensions of the grill are 25" by 14". Offering $40 cash to someone who can help ASAP. We have a beagle who likes to bark followed by sniffing/licking, and if needed, we'll put her up.
