Pay $400 - Looking for 15'x15' land grade, 1' grade

I am needing a circular section of my back yard graded level. The section is 15' in diameter. The top would need to be graded about a foot until it gradually becomes level with the bottom of the circular pattern. All utilities have been out to mark the yard. It is tarped because there is sand underneath that will need to be moved away then replaced once graded. The ground removed will also be reused. No hauling of any kind. Will pay $400.
