Rehoming 14 week old puppy

We are rehoming our 14 week old puppy. Someone had posted him on facebook saying they were taking him to the pound so we went and got him, but when we took him to the vet they said hes going to be much bigger than we were told and we live in a small apartment. We have the papers for his first set of shots. Hes due for his next parvo shot and rabies shot next week. He knows most commands and is kennel trained as far as wanting to be in his kennel and not using the bathroom inside but is not fully potty trained. If you leave him to roam the house there's a chance he will have an accident. He just got his toenails clipped so he should be good on that for awhile. Negotiable 100 dollars. He will come with his kennel, leash, dog food, harness, collar, and his toy. He's good with kids and cats but he doesn't understand his size. He isn't good with dogs right away bit gets used to them quickly.
