Description
While minding our own business, a beautiful male Alaskan Husky (Black/Silver/Blue Eyes) ran up to greet us at our home. He was quite thirsty and a bit hungry, so we gave him food and water. He is well behaved and very friendly, but we can't keep him at our house. We were hoping that someone would be driving around to look for him, but we saw no one. He does have a leather collar, but no name tag. He is obviously well taken care of, so my guess is that someone is looking for him. I will be taking him to the Animal Shelter today over on Overland and checking if he has been chipped. If he has been chipped, I will ten make the effort to contact the current owners of this dog. I don't want to see the Animal Shelter him put down, so I will give them my name and cell number so that if the dog remains unclaimed, they don't euthanize him, but allow me to come and get him. If that happens, I guess I will have inherited a dog. So, if you're missing your dog, please contact me at
. Would love to re-unite the dog with his owner(s)
