The First Annual Tri-City Lift Off hosted by Ironhouse Family Fitness is a locally hosted competition for lifters to display the results of their hard work and dedication. Broken into 5 events, each competitor will be grouped by age, gender, and weight and will be able to compete for top placement. Each participant will receive a competitors T-shirt, and the top contenders in each group will receive a trophy and memberships to Ironhouse Family Fitness.
