Your Leaders are Crucial to Survival Get more from your employees…..Free your leaders up to get more done... Now more than ever, your front-line leaders are vital to the success and growth of your non-profit organization. Organizations have never been more challenged to find great staff members to serve our community . Meanwhile the demand for services in our area is racing towards a peak and does not look to slow down any time soon. Retaining your key talent is crucial to maintain and grow the impact of your organization. Additionally, labor market stress has driven many executive-level leaders to promote up and coming leaders sooner than perhaps they were ready. Increasing demand and decreasing resources for all levels of your organization requires us to find ways to get the same, or more done, with the same, or less amount of people. The key to growing your organization is to retain talent . The most influential thing you can do to keep your best people is to create great leaders with whom they want to work.
